Water
Being from Oregon, I have never really thought about how much water I drink. When I was thirsty I would drink water. simple as that. Here, however, things a re a bit more complex. I can't tell you why but no one drinks the tap water. Anytime I need water at work I fill up my water bottle at the cooler. If I am at home I have to buy water from GS25 or Buy the way (yeah that's how it is spelled). This can be annoying if I forget, but generally its become a routine and I am used to it. I am told the water is safe, but I am not really willing to risk it, and I don't mind for the benefit of knowing exactly how much water I have consumed on any given day. I can tell you in liters in fact. It has helped me to drink more water, and to learn when a bottle smells funky... I try to drink 2 liters every day but fail most days. Its hard to drink enough water. Another bonus is the comical amount of water bottles I have surrounding my bed (although carbon foot print wise I am glad I don't drive because I am consuming a lot of 2 liter bottles.) I have a lot of water bottles because my bed is upstairs and I am never in the mood to bring water bottles downstairs, so they just pile up. Also, I have found that I am not a fan of drinking the last part of a water bottle, even though I am the only one that has been drinking out of it. I give the bottom of the water bottle to my plant. Things you probably didn't know you didn't care about, but there they are. Water in Korea.

I do the same thing with the last bit of water...give it to my plants! At that point it's just not fresh anymore ;)
