Back from Vacation

So we went on vacation. We went camping on the beach. Well, actually, the tent was set up on a soccer field close to the beach and No ONE was building a fire except for our group. Koreans come equipped with a portable BBQ to all occasions. we had a lot of fun and had lots of food such as sam gip sal (Korean BBQ) and PB and J. I made some great egg beans potatoes and onions dish the last day. We got back on Friday and today we went to Masan. We went to Masan to go to Mexico, which is the best Mexican food in South Korea (any google search will prove this statement to be true.) I had a few margaritas and some delicious food. Other than that work kind of sucks right now so I would rather not go into too much detail. Lots of work, not a lot of time for prep and I have had a cute little head cold to make things extra fun. This schedule will only last for another 3 weeks, so no worries, I will survive. I am falling in love with more and more Korean food and have a lot of fantastic recipes to make when I get home... I also am working on keeping my place clean. I have read online about ways to keep clean (not putting things down unless they are where they should be, taking 15 minutes a day to clean etc.) and I am doing better.... I am still really really against cleaning dishes so I have to get over that... but I am surviving.... Sorry this is not the most creative post, but I just don't have the energy to give anything to amazing. Please let me know what you would like to hear about so I can get some inspiration....

More pictures! :D More talking about food!

I know how you feel about the dishes, I am against doing the dishes at all costs. I find that cleaning while I'm cooking helps cut down on some of it.

Hope the work situation gets better! *hugs* Keep your chin up! :D

Heather, keep up the writing. It is very interesting to hear about your daily life. The details may be 'boring' to you, but not to me.

You zre covering all the things I want to know. To know you are human and don't like everything puts us on an even keel. Love and be gone cold.Grandma
